The Reed form, seen throughout many of Chihuly’s grand garden exhibitions, is the primary focus of Silver Frost. Long tapering sprays of metallic pewter and blue are set against a background that transitions from moody midnight to a vibrant ultramarine. Contrasting handwork of icy blue Reeds enhances the cool depth of the composition.
